An image of the desert seen from space. When I learned that Saharan sand feeds the Amazon biome, I understood again that nothing stands alone. This earring grew from that feeling of belonging.

Sculpted by hand in wax, with a technique I developed outside traditional jewelry-making. 18k gold plated brass, white rhodium, gunmetal or sterling silver.
